ABOUT ME

I'm a researcher, clinician and consultant working at the intersection of mental health, technology, and AI. My work is guided by one goal: making effective mental health care more accessible, scalable, and safe.

I earned my Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from Stony Brook University, where my research focused on understanding risk for mental health disorders and developing digital interventions that could reach people beyond traditional care settings. Alongside my research training, I completed clinical training at Weill Cornell Medicine, NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital, and the Child Mind Institute, specializing in evidence-based treatment for OCD, anxiety, and related disorders.

I currently hold a joint research fellowship at Stanford University and the University of Pennsylvania, where I study how large language models and other digital technologies can be used responsibly to improve mental health care delivery.

I also consult for healthcare and technology organizations on AI safety, evidence-based clinical content and intervention development, research strategy, and independent safety review on FDA-regulated psychiatric clinical trials.

I am a clinician at New York City Anxiety and OCD where I provide evidence-based treatment for OCD, anxiety, and related disorders in children, adolescents, and young adults.
